An adventurous night

Sitting in the window I stare outside,

Seeing the stars spread far and wide!

A moon to accompany them lighting the sky,

Most beautiful scene that has caught my eye!

World is quiet everything is peaced out,

Perfect example of perfect sight no doubt!

Constellations leaving their beauty mark,

Everything is quiet, everything is dark!

Then I silently stepped out of my house,

Dodging every noise swiftly like a mouse!

Dialed my friends who are silly night owls,

Avoiding making any kind of groans or growls!

I went in the parking waiting for them,

Think of an idea perfect jewel or gem!

They came steadily with jackets on,

Coz its cold that is still not gone!

Taken out our bikes raced them slow,

Watching the dark sky in which stars always glow!

Wandering over the whole silent street,

We parked the bike and came back on our feet!

Saw the only coffee shop opened in this scene,

Making our mouths crave for coffee like it has always been!

Ordered the cups and dived into it,

Just like a rabbit after getting back to its pit!

Sipped the coffees watching at the dark cloudy heaven,

Counting the happy constellations one by one

Happily left the place after all,

Soon realised that night is about to fall!

Sat on our bikes letting out a gloomy yawn,

Time to go back with happy face on!

Reached the parking parked our bikes,

After spending the night each night owl likes!

Reached at the house door when someone came,

Terrified what to answer searching for excuses lame!

There came our neighbor with hair as mess,

I sighed in relief seeing his face!

Asked me, 'Hey? Went where?'

I answered, 'Special somewhere!'

What would I tell that early rising man,

That I spent my night the Best I can!

Those stars I saw staring at me,

And moon perfectly reflecting in my coffee!!
